We usually are able to ship via UPS or Parcel Post within 24-48 hours. You will be notified via email of your shipping status IF you entered a valid email address.

International Shipping:

We are happy to ship overseas to countries which allow our products. All international shipments are sent via United States Postal Service. They are NOT insured and delivery is NOT GUARANTEED. You are responsible for knowing the customs law in your country. We will NOT BE LIABLE for any shipment confiscated by customs. We also reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country which may present a customs problem.

Return Policy:

We will exchange or refund any UNOPENED and UNUSED item (except books, videos, lingerie and DDSM supplies) within 30 days from receipt of your order. Books, videos, lingerie and BDSM supplies are NOT returnable for any reason.

Return will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Defective Merchandise:

We will be happy to exchange any defective product for the same title within 30 days of purchase. Once we have received and processed your return we will ship your replacement to you immediately.
